The business has been trading for some 200 years and operates in Ireland, UK, Europe & Far East.

In the past 25 years the group has grown both organically and through acquisition and now controls interests in a diverse portfolio of companies trading across a variety of market sectors. Established from a long heritage in the textile industry the core Commercial Wipes is a trading subsidiary of the Loft oup LLP. The groups head office base is in Co Antrim Northern Ireland and through all our trading activities our core ethos is to strive to add sustainable value for our customers in the products and services that we deliver.

Francis Dinsmore Esq. founded his first linen mill in the village of Kells Co Antrim in 1807. The operation was initially focused in the linen sector but evolved to include bleaching, dying and finishing of cotton and other commodity textiles. With an underpinning focus on technology and innovation the seed company Francis Dinsmore Limited developed a position as market leaders in value added and technical textile finishing and is still a highly regarded trading business today. Subsequent generations of the family oversaw the diversification of the core business through the development of new products and services beyond the textile industry. Whilst the group has since diversified into new sectors and territories the founding principles of integrity, customer service and value remain fundamentally engrained within the groups activities.
